Unlock the power of your mindset with STRIVE Live, our free webinar series designed to help you push past mental barriers and reach your full potential. Each month, our expert STRIVE coaches and special guests dive into key topics from overcoming setbacks to building unshakable self-belief.
You’ve done the hard miles. The early alarms, the double training days, the quiet sacrifices to keep your eye on the goal. You’ve said no to nights out and yes to long rides, wet runs, and cold swims. You’ve built the physical — now it’s time to train your mindset.
As race day approaches, the body naturally begins to taper. This is the moment to turn inward and stir the fire within.
That’s where STRIVE steps in.
We’re mindset coaches for challenge seekers, athletes just like you, helping people move past fear, self-doubt, and nerves to stand on the start line feeling calm, confident, and ready to perform.
Now a proud partner of LCW Wales, STRIVE is teaming up with NL Fitness to deliver a powerful pre-event mindset webinar exclusively for the LCW tribe. Whether you’re racing in Tenby from 27th–29th June, or preparing for another event later this year, this session will help you dial in the mental side of your performance and show up strong.
➡️ Mindset techniques to overcome pre-event nerves, including visualisation tools and how to manage the fear of failure.
➡️ Event day strategies to help you build confidence and focus — starting now.
➡️ Inside tips from LCW Champion & Pro Triathlete Nat Lawrence — why she’s returning to LCW for the third time and what you need to know about the weekend.
➡️ Q&A with Matt Evans, LCW Founder – hear the story behind the race and what makes it so special.
➡️ FAQs & prep advice for race weekend from the STRIVE team and NL Fitness.
Live, informal, and practical, this session is designed to leave you feeling fired up, focused, and ready to thrive. Don’t just show up. Show up with intention.
Sign up closes at 12PM on Thursday 19th June 2025. An Email confirmation with Zoom details will be sent to you a few hours prior to the webinar starting. For any issues or late sign ups, please email hello@striveasone.com
